Reflection
Hello Y'all, As we wrap up the semester and I reflect back on OLP 4407-5507- Instructional Technology in HRD, I realize how many tools I have learned and mastered. One of the best resources I learned this semester was Screen-O-Cast. I once spent an entire day creating a presentation on imovie that incorporated a slide show and a recording of myself. It was so much work and I remember wishing there was an easier way. When we had to use Screen-O-Cast for a class assignment I realized I could have saved myself hours in making that presentation if I had just used that tool. Another valuable tool I learned this semester is actually this blog itself. I started reading other teaching blogs this semester and it gave me a sense of teamwork within the teaching community. I learned how to blog and use blog which is a huge resource to my future career. I learned so much from reading others blogs. I actually prefer to read blogs now rather then articles because ...
